Lost Classics of Teen Lit: Name That Book!

okay I think I read a book when I was young and I’ve been trying to remember what it is forever. At the point where I possibly could have dreamt it?? A girl lives in a house and befriends a ghost with orange/red hair. I think theres a cat involved. she goes with the ghost to an underworld. That’s all I remember! Help!!!!

A book that my mom read to me in the pre 2010s i believe? there was a group of siblings, a train ride, a venus flytrap pet, ponds?? A swampy setting?

the book i’m looking for was a steampunk manga, about a girl who takes a bus/(transport?) to her new boarding school, but takes the wrong turn. she ends up at a school full of odd creatures, not human, including a bunch of faculty that are basically robots/cyborgs. a mix of cyberpunk technology parts & pieces of various prople. the book spans her defeating these faculty who want to destroy her (i think they want her body parts because she’s youthful and it will extend their life? and they were trying to extend their life as long as possible)

I’m not sure when the book was published, but the copy I read was a little pocket copy, maybe brown or grey? There was a librarian who knew everything and the little girl main character would sit and talk to her on the stairs outside the library

There was a little mouse family that lived on a farm, it was a novel though not a picture book, and they lived in an old tin can? And the farmer plowed the field with a machine for the first time and there was a tense moment where they almost lost a baby mouse

Looking for a children book. On the cover was a man in a top hat traveling around in a submarine.

There was a girl who fell in love with a boy (maybe someone who moved new into town?) and she drove a truck to go see him and I remember it being like she drove to the nearby mountain, then to the next one to try and find him again.

i think someone’s name is spider or something and these teens fall in love and run away together. then at the end one of them mills themselves i think? idk i read it so long ago

okay had one read it when i was like 9. there’s a kid who adopts a dog idk what kind. but the whole thing was dog was being used as a fighting one and he finds like a happy ever after with the boy. kinda short

I’m wondering if you could help me find a book I used to be obsessed with in middle school, I don’t know when it was wrote but it was a smaller book, hardcover and I wanna say it was orange. It was about a girl whose father & sister had left or died (I think died) & she was writing to them and then started taking a photography class & using her dads old camera. There’s also mention of a beach in it. I know it’s a long shot but it’s the only book that hooked me
